drupal 6 theming: wrong layout on window hosting -

i made theme , works on linux hosting. have reason change windows hosting , got minor issue:

• on linux host, link css in correct place head tag

  • http://coffeeplus.vn/test/right_headtag.jpg
• on windows host, link css go body tag
  • http://coffeeplus.vn/test/window.jpg
  • http://coffeeplus.vn/test/wrong_headtag.jpg

anyone know how fix it?
