design - Sharepoint RUP OOAD Diagrams -

i work on project using sharepoint platform , should give rup design model,design class , design package employer. there no design model or other ooad diagrams sharepoint (especially sharepoint 2013) or can't find that.

is there rup ooad diagrams sharepoint?

maybe in modelling these parts of solution.
